Krugerrand Proof Set 2008, Coin Set from South Africa - detailed information

The Krugerrand Prestige Set includes all four gold Kruggerand coins issued in 2008, in proof quality. The set contains the following coins - 1 oz gold, 1/2 oz gold, 1/4 oz gold and 1/10th oz gold. The reverse of each coin depicts the legendary "Springbok", the national animal of South Africa. The obverse features the South African Republic’s first president from 1882 to 1902, Paul Kruger.

The set is presented in a wooden box by the South African Mint (Krugerrand coins are produced by Rand Refinery together with the South African Mint, and are packaged and marketed by the South African Mint), and comes with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
