This "Rainbow" set contains three coins of the Libertad range of Mexican bullion coins, all in different metals - silver, gold, and platinum.

The gold half ounce was issued in this set only, and was the only gold coin in the range issued in 1989. The platinum quarter ounce is the only platinum coin issued in the Libertad range ever.
