2006 Otto Schultz Krugerrand Special Set, Coin Set from South Africa - detailed information

This set was issued by the South African Mint in collaboration with the Berlin Mint, to commemorate the portrait of Paul Kruger by Berlin Mint designer Otto Schultz.

It contains a replica of the South African 5-shilling coin using the portrait which has the same specifications as the original (28.28 g of sterling silver, 38.61 mm in diameter), and a 1/10oz gold Krugerrand piece.

The set is presented in a wooden box including a numbered certificate of authenticity from the South African Mint (bullion Krugerrand coins are produced by Rand Refinery; the South African Mint produces and markets proofs and sets).
