2006 Krugerrand Proof Set, Coin Set from South Africa - detailed information

This set contains all the Krugerrand denominations issued in 2006, in proof quality.

The set contains the following coins - 1 oz gold, 1/2 gold, 1/4 oz gold and 1/10th oz gold. The reverse of each coin depicts the legendary "Springbok", the national animal of South Africa. The obverse features the South African Republic’s first president from 1882 to 1902, Paul Kruger.

The set is presented in a wooden box including a numbered certificate of authenticity from the South African Mint (bullion Krugerrand coins are produced by Rand Refinery; the South African Mint produces and markets proofs and sets).
