2018 Natura Launch Set, Coin Set from South Africa - detailed information

The 2018 Natura special edition set is made up of a R100 1oz gold coin and a medallion. The privy mark R100 coin illustrates the highly successful primitive theropod dinosaurs named Coelophysids, which occurred worldwide from the late Triassic to early Jurassic.

The sterling-silver rectangular medallion features the logo of the South African Mint and hallmark on the reverse, while the obverse shows footprints of the Coelophysis rhodesiensis together with the year 2018 in Roman Numerals "MMXVIII".
