2017 Natura Prestige Set, Coin Set from South Africa - detailed information

In 2017 the exclusive Natura Prestige-Set includes five gold coins of 1 ounce, 1/2 ounce, 1/4 ounce, 1/10 ounce and 1/20 ounce of gold. Each of this five gold coins in proof quality features a Springbok ilustration, which was created by South African sculptor Coert Steynberg (1905-1982) in the years 1946 and 1947.

The Natura series commenced in 1994 and has over the years depicted South African wildlife animals. On this Jubilee year of the Krugerrand, South Africa celebrates numismatic history on the 2017 Natura coin series by featuring these springbok designs.
