Star Trek: Captain Kirk and U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701, Coin Set from Tuvalu - detailed information

The Perth Mint announced it would release no more than 5,000 each of the 2015 Star Trek Captain James T. Kirk and U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 1oz silver proof coins individually, from a maximum mintage of 6,500. The remaining 1,500 of their mintages are part of this limited two-coin set

The two-coin set is housed in a replica of a Star Trek transporter machine which lights up when the lid is opened, inside a custom designed display box within a Star Trek themed shipper. Each set is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
