Obverse: the obverse of the coin depicts the coat of arms of Stanislaus August Poniatowski's circulation coin (thaler), surrounded by the inscription "ABIEJŲ TAUTŲ RESPUBLIKOS GEGUŽĖS 3-IOSIOS KONSTITUCIJA IR TARPUSAVIO ĮŽADO AKTAS" (eng. The constitution of the 3nd republic of the two peoples and the act of mutual promise) and the Adoption of the provision. Reverse: the reverse of the coin depicts a fragment from the preamble of the Constitution and a stylized motif from Jan Mateika's painting "Adoption of the Constitution". The name of the state "LIETUVA" (eng. Lithuania), the denomination "20 €", the year of issue of the coin "2021" and the mark of the Lithuanian Mint are also engraved.
