PAMP is a renowned Swiss company that was founded in 1977. It is one of the world's best-known producers of precious metal bars.
The grooved surface on the front and back of this bar is particularly striking. On one side, you can read at the top of the bar: "PAMP." Slightly offset underneath: "SUISSE 1 OUNCE FINE GOLD 999.9". Below this is the company logo and the words "ESSAYEUR FONDEUR", which translates as "assayer and smelter".
On the other side of the bar, which has a fine weight of 31.1035 g, you can see the logo and the name of the company framed in the middle. The bar number is below this on a black background. In contrast to the surface, the sides of the bar are smooth. |
