This bust of Queen Elizabeth II shows the monarch facing right, wearing The Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara, long earrings, a three-strand necklace, and an ornate mantle.
It seems that the portrait was developed by the Commonwealth Mint for use in dependencies of Commonwealth countries where the mint had a license to issue coinage in their jurisdictions. There is no further information about the effigy that we have been able to find.
There is also a portrait (not a bust) based on this effigy, which terminates at the neck and is slightly different (for example, the earrings are short).
