Yeshaq I or Isaac (Ge'ez ይሥሓቅ; throne name Gabra Masqal II ገብረ መስቀል "slave/servant of the cross") was Emperor (1414–29) of Ethiopia. A member of the Solomonic dynasty, he was the second son of Dawit I. |
