This set was issued for the Fremantle Stamp Show in 1997.

The set contains a silver ounce Australian Kookaburra coin (bullion, in "specimen" grade), and a one ounce 99.9% silver medallion. The medallion medallion is rectangular and is styled as a postage stamp which depicts a swan (which also features on the Perth Mint's logo), the inscription POSTAGE ONE PENNY, and WESTERN AUSTRALIA.

The set comes in a leatherette box, with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
