The set includes four coins struck from 99.99% pure silver and is part of the popular African Wildlife Series. The series from Somalia is characterised by annually changing designs and has become a globally popular investment classic within a few years.

The 2022 issue shows shows an elephant mother ("cow") walking in the savanna with her baby ("calf"); in the background, flying birds and the sun. The obverse of all coins shows the Somalian state Coat of Arms, which depicts a shield with a star supported by two cheetahs.
