This 2016 Somalia Elephant Silver Coin Set comes with a total of four coins, each with a different denomination. The coins in the set include a 2 oz, 1 oz, 1/2 oz, and 1/4 oz coin, with the same design featured on each side of the coins. The coins in this special set are Ruthenium plated (black) and coloured.

The series features a new design every year. The 2016 issue shows a trumpeting African elephant walking through the savanna, with trees and the sun in the background. The obverse of all coins shows the Somalian state Coat of Arms, which depicts a shield with a star supported by two cheetahs.
