This is only the second coin set issued by the Royal Mint in platinum, and contains the four different platinum denominations struck in 2008; two of them (the half ounce and the one ounce pieces) are only available through this set, as they were not issued individually.

The coins are in Proof FDC grade, with composition of 99.95% platinum.
