Four denominations of silver Britannia coins were issued in 2001, in what was called the "Britannia silver" composition (95.8% silver). All of them are included in this set, in Proof FDC grade. The reverse design this year was of a new type, of a standing Britannia advancing with a raised shield, with a lion walking behind her like the famous Una and the Lion coin design of 1839. | ||||||||||
