The set contains two Greyhound of Richmond 2025 proof one-ounce silver coins: one is the "normal" proof, and the second coin is a "reverse proof", on which the designs have mirror polish and the background is frosted.

This is the eighth out of ten designs from the Royal Tudor Beasts Collection - coins depicting heraldic animals representing the Medieval Tudor dynasty which ruled England between 1485 and 1603.

The set is accompanied by a booklet created in collaboration with Historic Royal Palaces about the heraldic greyhound and the history of Henry VIII’s lineage.
