This set was issued as part of the Queen Elizabeth II memorial editions by the Royal Mint.
It includes five sovereigns that each feature a different definitive coinage portrait of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, a 2022 five-sovereign piece (the largest coin in the Sovereign family) struck to Brilliant Uncirculated standard, and a 2022 UK £5 gold Proof coin featuring the first definitive coinage portrait of His Majesty King Charles III.
The mint says about it: "A prestigious and highly collectable set of historic significance. Struck in 22 carat gold, this set is the perfect collection to commemorate the life of Britain’s longest-reigning monarch.

Apart from the two new coins, the set contains five Sovereign coins (from random years), each with a different portrait of the Queen: Mary Gillick (bullion, circulated), Arnold Machin (proof), Raphael Maklouf (proof), Ian Rank-Broadley (proof) and Jody Clark (proof). |
