![]() The United States Mint issued its America the Beautiful Series (ATB) from 2010 to 2021. The popular 56-coin series was issued for circulation, as well as as large bullion coins and in proof grade for collectors. This set contains all five designs for 2011, in silver and in proof grade. The coins in the set were struck by the San Francisco Mint with an S mint mark on the obverse side. The 2011 Proof ATB Quarters feature quarters that have 90% silver content with 10% copper for the remainder of the metallic alloy. On the obverse side of the coins in the 2011 US Mint Silver Proof ATB Quarter Set is a portrait of President George Washington. Designed in 1932 by John Flanagan, this effigy has featured on US quarters since that time and was replicated on both ATB bullion coins and ATB quarters. The S mint mark on these coins is present above the R in QUARTER DOLLAR along the bottom rim of the design field. The reverse field of the coins in these 2011 US Mint Silver Proof America the Beautiful Quarter Sets features five different designs. The sites represented on the reverse of these coins include Gettysburg National Park, Glacier National Park, Olympic National Park, Vicksburg National Military Park, and Chickasaw National Recreation Area. | ||||
