This set contains proof versions of the four sizes of American Gold Eagle bullion coins issued in 1994 - a full ounce and three fractions (half, quarter, and tenth-ounce), all struck by the West Point Mint and carrying its W mint mark. These are special versions for collectors, unlike the bullion coins of the same year which were struck by the Philadelphia Mint in uncirculated grade and without a mint mark.
