Proof Quality 99.9% Pure Silver Each coin is struck by The Perth Mint from 99.9% pure silver in proof quality. Western Australia State Reverse The coin’s reverse combines struck and coloured pictorial elements representing Western Australia. As well as a coloured composition featuring the Perth city skyline and the Swan River, the design includes a kangaroo, and the State’s floral emblem, the Kangaroo Paw. ‘P’ Mintmark The coin’s reverse also incorporates The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark. Australian Legal Tender Issued as legal tender under the Australian Currency Act 1965, the coin bears the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of HM Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse. Presentation Packaging Each coin comes in a display case and an illustrated shipper featuring the ANDA logo.
