The Royal Canadian Mint (RCM) introduced the Canadian Peace Dollar in 2020 with a beautiful ultra high relief proof coin. The 2021 release featuring the same gorgeously detailed design with a dramatic reverse proof finish, is exclusively distributed in the United States by ModernCoinMart.

This 2021 Peace Dollar is struck from 1 Troy oz. of .9999 fine silver.
The 36.15 mm diameter coin possesses magnificent ultra high relief details.
The coin features a smooth edge lettered with the repeated inscription "PAX," the Latin word for Peace.
The coin is presented in its original RCM packaging.
Mintage is limited to 5,000 pieces.
A Symbolic Tribute to Peace
Obverse: A portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in a right facing pose is centered on the obverse, surrounded by the inscriptions "ELIZABETH II," "CANADA," "D.G. REGINA" and "DOLLAR."

Reverse: On the reverse, Peace is rendered as a young woman with her bound hair ornamented by a wreath crafted of maple leaves and olive branches, emblems which symbolize peace, order and good government. The Latin phrase "A MARI USQUE AD MARE" curves above, which translates as the Canadian national motto "From Sea to Sea." Additionally inscribed "PAX," "2021" and the designer's initials "ST." This exquisite representation of Peace was created by retired RCM senior engraver Susan Taylor.
