Silver medal Lucie Bílá proof | Czech Mint
The Mint says about this coin:
Product description Lucie Bilá celebrates a barely believable 50th birthday and wants to enjoy it in a grand style! Part of the celebrations is not only Lucie's mega concert, but also an issue of her own commemorative medal of a pure silver, which the Czech Mint issued within the collectable series Nightingales in Gold. Lucie Bilá was born as Hana Zaňáková, apprenticed as a dressmaker and has loved to sing since a childhood. Her scope is broad and truly admirable. She has successfully changed her image several times - she could be a a provocative rocker and romantic ingenue, a pop sensation and a musical diva. She appeared on the theater stages, the television screens and the silver screen. Her talent, which was awarded among others, with eighteen Czech Nightingales or the musical award of Thalia and TýTý, is reflected in the commemorative medal minted in pure silver, and thus builds on Karel Gott and Waldemar Matuška. A talented sculptor and medalist MgA. Martin Dašek dedicated the obverse of this medal to Lucies lovely face with a flowing hair. The reverse then summarizes the winning path of the Czech Nightingale. Awaiting you is a unique keepsake to one of the brightest stars of our diverse culture, issued on the occasion of the singer`s 50th birthday!
