We are glad to go on with the series of Niue lucky coins that contain the most popular symbols of luck to bring a little more fortune into your life! These $1 silver collectables are special due to a transparent capsule inlay containing a moving piece of silver in the form of a charming tiny talisman. The worldwide mintage is 3 333 pieces. The coin is made of pure .999 silver and the insert is plated with pure gold! Depicted on the obverse, there is the portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II against the stylized background and some elephants. There are also the following legends: the Queen’s name, the face value of the coin, its issuing country and year. The reverse of this Niue coin features two elephants standing under a tree with some of its leaves digitally printed. The elephant is probably the most positive animal symbol known. These majestic creatures of the wild with their trunks raised up are believed to bring good luck and have the magical power to take away troubles. The upper part contains an insert - a transparent capsule with a tiny 24K gold-plated talisman in a shape of an elephant to be always with you and bring luck in your life! There is also the inscription wishing good luck to the person owning this magical coin. |
