The obverse of the coin renders the portrait of Her Majesty Elizabeth II surrounded by the inscriptions indicating the Queen’s name, the face value of the coin, the name of the issuing country and the issuing year. The reverse design of this collectible coin features Anna Gedde’s image of one of the cutest baby boys in the world peacefully sleeping in a lotus pod. This Australian-born photographer is world renowned for taking unique and emotive photos of babies or young children dressed as fairies and fairytale creatures, flowers, or small animals that have brought her lots of awards.
