This exquisite series of Niue lucky coins bears the most popular symbols of luck to bring a little more fortune into your life. These $2 silver collectibles proved to be extremely remarkable for their transparent capsule inlay containing a moving piece of silver in the form of a charming tiny horseshoe, ladybird, four-leaf clover and an elephant. Depicted on the obverse of the gold-plated coin, there are three horseshoes, the portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and a silver filigree insert in the shape of a horseshoe . Along the rim of this lucky coin, one can see the legends indicating the name of the issuing country, the coin’s face value and the Queen’s name. The reverse features the image of horseshoes considered to be very lucky and used to be hung in many homes to protect and attract good fortune for the family residing inside. The upper part contains an insert made up of a transparent capsule with a tiny silver talisman in a shape of a horseshoe to be always with you and bring luck in your life.
