. The fighting game was developed in 1991 and launched in 1992 as a slot machine game. Due to the widespread discussion of the violence depicted, the game quickly achieved greater success than the competitive game "Street Fighter II™".

Mortal Kombat™

is now playable on various consoles and will appear in May 2020 with its 11th part. The motive of the silver coin in color features the game logo with the words "MORTAL KOMBAT" and the mythical dragon against the fiery red and yellow background. The reverse shows the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as well as the denomination and the year of issue. The coin is housed inside a specially designed box, shaped like an arcade cabinet. Also included is a certificate of authenticity.
