in 2020. The first animal in the Chinese zodiac calendar is the rat, which is honored and celebrated with this coin. The motive of the 99.9% pure silver coin depicts a rat in fine shades of blue. In the background an engraving in the form of a flower and a decorative border can be seen. Also included in the design are the Chinese sign for 'rat' and the inscription 'YEAR OF THE RAT'. Those born under the sign of the Chinese lunar rat in 2020, 2008, 1996, 1984, 1972, and every 12th preceding year are said to be smart, resourceful, adaptable and kind. Their motto is 'all or nothing' and their mind is razor-sharp. They always fall to their feet and immediately get up again.
