Product description The unique silver coins with cut Czech crystal from the "Crystal Coin" series are the result of a combination of traditional crafts from Jablonec nad Nisou - the medal making of the Czech Mint and the Preciosa glassworks which are unique in the whole world. The second "crystal coin" with a Slovak motif bears a guardian angel holding a heart in his hands. According to many legends, the Guardian Angel is a supernatural being who protects each of us from all evil. A guardian angel is not just one like Gabriel or Michael. Each of us has our own whether you believe in it or not. He doesn't leave us for a second, so we're never alone. He accompanies us through life, guards our souls, helps us to overcome various obstacles or trials, and last but not least, he is a devoted friend. Medal maker Irena Hradecká, DiS., provided the guardian angel with a cute look of a winged baby. The silver relief is then followed by a cut crystal stone in the shape of a heart that the angel holds in his hands. The composition of the reverse side is supplemented with the Slovak-English inscription „TVOJ ANJEL STRÁŽNY – YOUR GUARDIAN ANGEL“. As the coins of the Czech Mint are licensed by a foreign issuer, the island of Niue, the obverse side bears its necessary attributes – a nominal value of 2 DOLLARS (NZD), name and portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. and year of issue 2021. The coin comes in a limited edition of 1000 pieces and is an original gift for a number of occasions.
