Product description A coins minted from silver impress not only the numismatics and collectors but also the investors. The world central banks and major mints therefore issue purely investment products. Czech Mint has come up with its own investment series called the Czech Nationhood. The Czech nationhood embodies many historical symbols and artifacts. Although it will soon be 100 years since we ceased to be a monarchy, among them is a set of Czech coronation jewels, which is dominated by the sumptuously decorated St. Wenceslas crown. The majestic symbol of the sovereignty of the state and its representatives was commissioned by the Father of the Nation, Charles IV., on the occasion of his coronation to King of Bohemia. The name of the crown and its appearance referred to the Premyslide tradition, so it was already inherently linked to the very idea of the state. It was not a personal property of the king, but it belonged to the whole country through its heavenly patron and embodied the unity of all the Czech lands. Thanks to these noble ideas, unlike many other European crowns, it was not lost in the maelstrom of history. Through them it appeared - alongside the flaming female eagle on the shield - also on the the reverse side of this silver mintage. Both St. Wenceslas attributes are guarded by an unusually realistic representation of a two-tailed Czech lion. The design of the coin created a medal maker Jaroslav Bejvl. Before he could finish his work, he died at the age of 75 years, so the unfinished coin took over Asamat Baltaev, DiS. The obverse belongs to the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II., the year of issue of the coin 2017 and the nominal value 25 DOLLARS (NZD) - the particulars of the island of Niue, which provides the license for the issuance of investment coins for the Czech Mint.
