This amazing coin by Niue is the second issue of a new exclusive series - “The Choir of Angels”. Each coin of the series will be minted in over 2 oz silver in high relief with antique finish. Furthermore, it will feature an angelic gemstone, which is esoterically assigned to the specific angel. The Gabriel coin contains 65 g silver 999 antique finish in high relief enriched with a beautiful mountain crystal insert. It comes housed in a specially designed presentation case; the worldwide mintage is limited to 1 000 pieces. The traditional obverse of a Niue coin contains a relief effigy of Her Majesty Elizabeth II surrounded by the following inscriptions: the Queen's name, the face value of the coin, its issuing country and year. Archangel Gabriel’s name means 'God is my strength'. One of the two archangels specifically named in the Bible in both the Old and New Testament, he is often portrayed holding a trumpet and as the only female archangel. As the patron of communications, Archangel Gabriel is the messenger angel, acting as a messenger of God.
