Directed by Steven Spielberg, and based on Ernest Cline’s bestseller of the same name, the movie Ready Player One™ is set in 2045. People have found salvation in the OASIS, an expansive virtual reality universe that is built like a game. The fourth issue of the coin series was struck from one ounce of silver and shows in vivid colors the two characters Daito™ and Sho™ with weapons, ready to fight. The coin’s obverse depicts the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the monetary denomination and the 2018 year-date. The silver coin is presented in a clear plexiglass holder, allowing both sides of the coin to be displayed, and is packaged within a themed shipper with a certificate.
