"Česká republika" means "Czech Republic". The inscription is used on the coinage of the country, as well as on bullion coinage issued by the Czech Mint under the authority of the small Pacific nation of Niue, which is thus in the peculiar position of proclaiming a republic on the reverse and having the effigy of the British monarch on the obverse.
