Bulmint is a private mint in Bulgaria specialising in the processing of precious metals and high-tech products made of such metals. The company produces various sizes of bullion bars, as well as medals and legal tender coins commissioned under foreign jurisdictions.
Bulmint was established as a daughter company of the largest lead and zinc producer in South-Eastern Europe (and currently the largest company in Bulgaria) KCM 2000. In 2009 Bulmint became an independent company focused on processing precious metals. The company produces products as a subcontractor for the Austrian Mint, Italpreziosi, Argor-Heraeus, the Mint of Poland, the Croatian Monetary Institute and the Bulgarian Mint. They exclusively mint all the legal tender products where Europa Bullion is the production license holder.
