This is the standard Australian Brilliant Uncirculated coin set for the year. It contains all the regular circulating denominations from $2 down to 5 cents, plus a two-cent and one-cent coin to mark the 40th anniversary of the introduction of decimal currency to Australia.

The latter two coins were withdrawn from circulation in Australia due to inflation, but were not demonetised, so were still legal tender when the set was issued, even if they were no loner used.
