Silver Jubilee Commemorative Proof Coin Set, Coin Set from Australia - detailed information

This coin set contains all six of the circulating denominations issued by Australia in 1977: from 1 Cent up to 50 Cents (the larger denominations of $1 and $2 had not yet not introduced at that time).

In 1977, no 50-cent coins of the definitive Coat of Arms were issued (apart from a handful of error coins); instead, there was a circulating commemorative (the second in the denomination) celebrating the Silver Jubilee - 25th anniversary of the Accession of Queen Elizabeth II to the throne.

The coins in the set are in Proof FDC grade. The set comes in a plastic lens withing a styrofoam protective box.
