In the thrilling world of Greek mythology, the minotaur roams its twisting maze ready to devour all who enter it. The home of the minotaur was designed by Daedalus, who later would lose his only son in the myth of Icarus. Part human part bull, the minotaur was ultimately killed by the hero Theseus, who then retraced his path through the maze with a ball of thread from Princess Ariadne.
