The legend was initially combined with the Queen's second portrait by Arnold Machin. Her name is to the right of the portrait, and the rest of the legend is on the left.

The legend was later used with the Queen's Third Portrait by Raphael Maklouf as well. Note that the order is now different - her name is on the left of the portrait.
