This three-coin set is one of the "historical" coin sets issued occasionally by the Royal Mint which contain a newly minted coin plus some "historical" coins related to it.
The set "honours the figures of Britannia and Liberty as they are united in one design on a UK coin for the first time". It includes a silver proof edition of the Britannia and Liberty 2024 UK Coin created by the Royal Mint in partnership with the United States Mint, a UK florin issued during the reign of King Edward VII (1902 - 1910) and a US silver Peace dollar (1921 - 1964) - coins that feature depictions of Britannia and Liberty respectively.
The two older ones are not guaranteed to be of a specific year; they are circulated, with a minimum of Very Fine grade. |
