This is the standard United Kingdom Brilliant Uncirculated mint set of the year (confusingly called Commemorative Mint Condition Coins of the Year - A Great Year for Great Britain - 2012 on the cover).

The set does indeed contain two commemorative coins of the year: the Queen's Diamond Jubilee £5 (this is the first time that a £5 coin was included in a BU set), and the Charles Dickens £2. The rest of the coins in the set are all the regular circulating coins, from the definitive £2 Technology down to 1p.
