The 2019 United Kingdom Silver Proof Coin Set, Coin Set from United Kingdom - detailed information

This is the silver version of the standard United Kingdom Proof Set of the year, including the regular circulating coins plus some of the commemorative coins issued throughout the year.

The 2019 set includes the Queen Victoria £5 (crown) commemorative celebrating the 200th anniversary of her birth, plus three commemorative £2 coins: D-Day, Wedgwood, and Samuel Pepys' diary; these coins were only issued in the year's sets and not released into general circulation. Also included is the Sherlock Holmes 50 pence.

The rest of the coins in the set are all the regular circulating coins, from the definitive Britannia-type £2 down to 1p.

The coins are struck in Proof FDC grade with frosted finish, in Sterling Silver.
