Silver Kilo 2007 Coin Bar, Coin from Cook Islands - detailed information

The bar is uniface (the obverse is blank).

The design shows at its centre the crowned bust of Queen Elizabeth II wearing a pearl necklace, facing right (her effigy known as the "Third Portrait", by Raphael David Maklouf). In tiny letters on the neck truncation, the designer's initials RDM.

Above the effigy, on three lines the inscription specifying the precious metal content: FINE SILVER .999 1 KILO COIN, below which on two lines COOK ISLANDS 2007.

Below the effigy, the monarch's legend and the face value: ELIZABETH II 30 DOLLARS.

Below that, the circular logo of the manufacturer, which depicts a black swan and a ribbon; around above, THE PERTH MINT; around below, EST. 1899.
