Silver Two Ounces 2020 Back to the Future, Coin from Niue - detailed information

The obverse of the coin represents the back of a car licence plate, with the inverse outline of the OUTATIME registration impressed in it.

Above that, the crowned mature head of Queen Elizabeth II facing right (her effigy known as the "Fourth Portrait"). The Queen wears the "Girls of Great Britain and Ireland" diamond tiara, a wedding gift from Queen Mary (Her Majesty's grandmother) in 1947 - which she also has on the Machin and the Gottwald portraits. In tiny letters below the head, the artist's initials IRB (for Ian Rank-Broadley).

On two lines to left of the effigy is the monarch's legend, NIUE ELIZABETH II. On two lines to the right, the date of issue and the face value: 2020 TWO DOLLARS.

Below the outline of the registration number, the precious metal content: 2 TROY OUNCES .999 SILVER.

The reverse of the coin is coloured and represents a car licence plate, with the registration OUTATIME in relief.
