Silver Five Ounces 2024 Pink Panther, Coin from Tuvalu - detailed information

The obverse of the coin shows the bare (uncrowned) head of King Charles III facing left.

In small letters below, the artist's initials: JC (for Jody Clark).

Around, the monarch's legend and the face value: KING CHARLES III TUVALU · 5oz 9999 Ag 5 DOLLARS ·.

The inscription around the rim also incorporates the precious metal content: five troy ounces of 99.99% silver (Ag is the chemical symbol for silver).

The rim is plated with pink gold.

The reverse design portrays the Pink Panther scaling a brick wall, alongside the inscription PINK PANTHER and the official 60 YEARS celebration logo. Invoking the enormous gemstone of the original movie, the zero in the logo portrays a silhouette of the Pink Panther within a faceted diamond.

Below left, the designer's initials LB, for Lucas Bowers. There is no mint mark.

The figure of the Pink Panther, as well as the rim, are plated with pink gold.

Packaging: accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity, the coin is housed in a Pink Panther branded box and outer sleeve featuring the 60th anniversary logo. Within the box, the coin resides in a stand that resembles a magnifying glass.
