Gold Ounce 2025 The Lion and The Eagle, Coin from United Kingdom - detailed information

The British Lion and American Eagle appear together once more on a 2025-dated bullion coin range. Beautifully realised by John M. Mercanti, the reverse design features on all the available editions, including a one-ounce gold bullion coin.

The harmonious composition by the former Chief Engraver at the US Mint brings the lion and eagle together to embody the spirit of the United Kingdom and the United States. Representing the shared values and continuing relationship between two countries the icons are seen facing outwards and side by side.
