The obverse is blank.

The reverse of the bar is styled like a banknote.

Below left, it shows the Public Seal of Niue. It has what looks like a plant arrangement at centre, within a double ornamental circle, itself surrounded by a circle of sea shells. This is crowned with St Edward's Crown (a symbol of the United Kingdom, the monarch of which is ultimately the Head of State of Niue).Around above between the two, the inscription PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE. Below that, a ribbon carries the motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI on two lines, below which two crossed katoua (Niue fighting clubs).

Above left, the nominal face value 25 DOLLARS. Vertically between the left and right parts, NIUE ISLAND.

In the right field, the inscription 10 OZ FINE SILVER 9999 (ten troy ounces of 99.99% silver) above. Below, 25 DOLLARS again, and a depiction of the face of Michelangelo's David in a hexagon, below which in small letters SILVERNOTE 2024.

Below left, the inscription SECURITY CODE, below which a unique code.
