Silver Two Ounces 2021 Angels and Demons - Lucifer, Coin from Niue - detailed information

In a small area below, the obverse shows the "Public Seal of Niue" (it has to be noted that this is not the official seal...). It has what looks like a plant arrangement at centre, within a double ornamental circle, itself surrounded by a circle of sea shells. This is crowned with St Edward's Crown (of the United Kingdom). Around above between the two, the inscription PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE. Below that, a ribbon carries the motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI on two lines, below which two crossed katoua (Niue fighting clubs).

Around that, the name of the country and the date of issue NIUE 2021 and the face value FIVE DOLLARS.

In very small letters below right, the hallmark Ag 999 (99.9% silver; "Ag" is abbreviated from Argentum, the Latin word for silver, and is internationally used to mark silver coins and jewellery), followed by the small MW mint mark of the Mint of Poland (m over W), for Mennica Warszawska (Mint of Warsaw).

The rest of the design features a representation of heaven and hell - a fertile, prosperous and tranquil landscape on the left and a barren and bleak landscape on the right. The apple tree of Eden in the centre divides both antagonistic parts, good and evil, heaven and hell, leafy and full of life in its left half and dry and lifeless in its right half.

The reverse design shows Lucifer wielding his pitchfork as the ruler of hell, plated in 24k gold, with his wings folded, directing the battle against the angels, showing his superiority and pride with his head held up, watching the battle carelessly while crossing the chest without consideration of an angel.

Behind Lucifer, a soldier from heaven and another from hell have an aerial sword fight.
